First time home buyer. Brendan helped me find and look at houses in several towns in Northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, and Severance). He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very quick to set up showings. Almost every house I sent him in the morning, he would have a showing scheduled for the afternoon, so I could view it during my lunch break. He was good about letting me know what he thought about a house, without making me feel like he was pressuring me to make a certain decision. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything from the local areas, to builders, to landscaping, to interior materials. At showings, he had a great eye for where builders or previous residents had cheeped out or cut corners on construction or repairs. When we went under contract, I was very pleased with his negotiating, where he ultimately netted me $2000 on the price of the house and another $1000 dollars in concessions from the seller. In the end, he found me my ideal house at a lower price than I would have ever thought possible, given the current market. I would definitely recommend Brendan to anyone shopping for a house in the Northern Colorado area.
