A huge thanks to Brendan and his team for all the help in finding our
perfect home in Fort Collins! This is not our first home and I have to
say that the experience with Brendan far exceeded many of our prior home
purchases.  Brendan is very knowledgeable about home construction and
features, often pointing out areas of concern as well as positive
features, which made us feel more comfortable about our final choice. 
He’s a very congenial guy, with a good sense of humor, and works well
with sellers’ agents and was really a joy to work with.

 A big shout-out as well to his assistant, Melissa, who always kept us
informed with WAY more information than we’ve experienced in the past.  I
highly recommend them both to anyone in the Northern Colorado area.
